A short distance from a water park, sledding, and more, this pet-friendly villa lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 11-minute drive to Promenade des Anglais or the 12-minute drive to Hôtel Negresco.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the heated pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1507-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, and DVD player.

We absolutely loved this house. It takes 20-25 mins to get to downtown Nice, but we loved hanging out by the pool and the wonderful views. If your looking for a nice peaceful place this is the one. The owners were awesome and you can tell they take pride in their house. We would take trips into town during the day to see the sights then hang out at night and swim.
