Small, cosy chalet "Pia", 3 storeys. 1.5 km from the centre of Zermatt, on top of a hill. In the house: central heating system. Restaurant, bar 20 m, bakery 35 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kapelle" 20 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.5 km. Mountain railway 400 m, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 20 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.
4-room apartment 89 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Simple and cosy furnishings: walk-through room 16 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Interconnecting room 5 m2 with 1 bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and TV. Heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Heating. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Zwar nah den Bahnen gelegen, aber auf dem Rückweg ist ein ordentlicher Anstieg zu überwinden. Insgesamt dennoch empfehlenswert.
