The apartment, fully renovated in 2025, is located in the Montabel Condominium, in the heart of Breuil-Cervinia’s pedestrian area and directly facing the Cretaz lifts. With a surface of approximately 48 sqm, it accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed as a central, functional base for families and small groups who want to move around entirely on foot and enjoy a smooth, natural rhythm to their ski holiday.

Within the same condominium, you can also book The View. recently renovated, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an ideal solution for sharing a mountain experience with friends or family while maintaining independence.


INTERIORS
Step inside and discover well-designed, functional spaces, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and peninsula, double sofa bed and TV corner. Modern bathroom with shower and bidet. A small internal niche is set up for storing skis and boots, making it easy to organise your equipment after skiing. The bedroom is designed for flexible sleeping arrangements, with a double bed and two foldaway single beds, an ideal solution for families. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is served by a lift, allowing easy access even with luggage and ski equipment.

OUTDOORS
Step onto the balcony and take in Cervinia from the front row: slopes and lift activity in front of you, the energy of the pedestrian centre all around. The perfect spot for a sunny break, a relaxed return after skiing or a quiet moment before heading out for dinner.

The property is located in the pedestrian zone (ZTL) in the very centre of Cervinia. Authorised access to the ZTL is provided for arrival and luggage drop-off. In front of the building there is an external condominium car park, unassigned and subject to availability at the time of arrival, therefore parking directly outside the building cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, public paid and free car parks are available nearby.
