The townhouse is situated in a beautiful garden with palm trees, waterfalls, pond, communal swimming pool and children's pool. Swimming pool, 50 m from the house, with sun loungers and parasols.
We still have a 2nd home in the same complex homeaway nr 1416007
The house is furnished as a house, and not as a holiday home, where everyone feels at home, with the comfort of home.
Spacious, sunny living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (like at home). Large master bedroom with terrace (view of the garden and swimming pool), sun from getting up until around 8 p.m.
and private bathroom, and dressing.
2 double bedrooms with large, fully fitted bathroom.
Downstairs private toilet with sink.
Downstairs 2 private terraces with each lounge, garden table with chairs, for 6 to 8 people.
BBQ, private garden (100 m2) with sun beds, ending in a communal garden.
There is free WiFi in the house, garden and at the swimming pool!
Upon request, a equipped golf bag (1 for women and 1 for men) is provided free of charge.
Paraiso park is located between El Paraiso golf and atalaya golf, in the prestigious area of El Paraisol - benahavis. golf Los arqueros, El Higueral and campanorio are approximately 1 km.
The unique location of Paraiso park offers the desired tranquility and yet only a few minutes from the glamorous Puerto Banus and the fascinating cities of Marbella and Estepona.
Benahavis has been declared a gastronomic city.

Excellent stay. Nothing major to complain about. The landlady and family (daughter and grandchildren) were very friendly and always willing to interact. Excellent location, very safe and extremely peaceful.Easy access to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants. I hope to return.

La maison est parfaite : très spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle...il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux...). Le cadre est magnifique.
Pour les enfants c'est top, il y a une aire de jeux avec trampoline et balançoires, sans oublier la piscine...
Un grand merci à Anne et Philip! Très sympathiques, bienveillants, à l'écoute et prêts à aider si besoin...bref, ils savent accueillir.
Nous reviendrons sans hésitation!

Casa confortable y completamente equipada
Todo es tal como aparece en las fotos
Por ponerle algo quizás cubriría la plaza de parking para tener sombra todo el día, no obstante se puede dejar el coche fuera de la plaza sin problema

Mooie woning met lekkere tuin.
Lekker zwembad en strand en supermarkten binnen paar minuten met de auto.
