The property was clean and the facilities alright. The value for money is very good considering the proximity to the city center and the amount of people you can bring. The driveway fits two cars and the Wifi worked very well.
Communication prior to check-in was a little complicated. Not only do they have a separate system where you have to submit a lot of details (e.g. re-entering all your booking details plus the names and upload ID cards of your fellow travelers), but also I had a hard time chasing them with additional questions from my side.
Upon arrival it turned out we were given the code for the wrong key box, thus entered the wrong house. But that issue was resolved quickly together with the hosts. Also, it took about a month for my deposit to be refunded.
Be aware that the property is just inside the Birmingham clean air zone (additional charge of 8 GBP/day/car).
