A lovely comfort spot with cosy and clean.
The mattress on the bed probably could have been better as the one there was to thin

It was relatively quiet. Thankfully the neighbours were quiet but when they spoke I could hear every word they said.
It was very clean
The parking was good and shops were nearby
It stated it had been newly refurbished to a high standard but there was no evidence of that.
Everything was switched off when I got there meaning the fridge was warm.
The TV signal didn't seem to be very good.
