Fabulous location and well-appointed.
Close to Cremyll ferry, and lots of good places to eat and drink. Nice variety of local shops. Good communication from landlord. Free parking. Excellent local pub, just outside the shipyard.
All good.
Hot water failed on one day, but this was not due to the apartment (whole block issue) & landlord sorted it swiftly.

Brilliant location and position of the property. Easy access and availability of parking included in the property price a welcome addition and rarity in City properties - will stay again.
Beatiful property which could be less clattered. Minimalist arrangements would improve the ambience of the place and make it less dusty. Window dressing could be improved to enhance quality of sleep.

The location was great, & free parking. Kevin the owner seemed friendly.
The blind was broken, which wouldn’t usually bother me but as its floor to ceiling windows, everyone walking by could see in, so not ideal. The bed was very creaky, so getting a full nights sleep didn’t happen. The apartment is right next to the main stairwell and you can hear other residents, which woke us up a lot. It was jam packed with furniture (mainly chairs) so was hard to find space to put our suitcases (we ended up having to have it by the front door). Only half a toilet roll was left so we had to go buy some for the stay. We actually left a night early as we couldn’t do the 3rd night in the bed.
