About this villa rental
The house was completed in 2020. The raised veranda just a few meters from the sea has integrated a 6m long SwimSpa. With whirlpool unit and counter current system. Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious 90sqm living area with a luxurious kitchen and a SidebySide refrigerator. All rooms are air condition inside. Caska is the adjacent bay from the Zrce party beach. But the private beach in Caska is indescribably beautiful and offers time to relax.

Caska is a small and quiet place, rich in history, which is located in the lagoon of the same name in the immediate vicinity of the Zrće beach. In addition, this place is only 2.5 kilometers from Novalje.
The majority of the houses are in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful and long pebble beach.
In the present area of Caske there was once Cissa, which was the largest Roman settlement on the island of Pag. The remains of the houses and masonry, as well as parts of the aqueduct that supplied the city and its port Novalja (Latin Navalia port) with water, can still be seen today. If you dive in Caska, you can see the remains of the buildings, but unfortunately most of the sunken city is not visible due to mud deposits, sand and sea grass.

Wir waren zu neunt in diesem super sauberen und wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Caska. Das Haus war vollständig eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuß war man in 15 Minuten am Zrce Beach und einen kleinen aber sehr guten Imbiss gab es gleich zwei Häuser daneben.
Der Außenbereich mit direkten Zugang zum Meer war mit herzlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Pool und Whirlpool ausgestattet. Dieser wurde auch nach Nachfrage gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Netflix Account am großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war auch eingerichtet.
Zusammenfassend muss man sagen besser geht es nicht. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Danke.

Im laufe des Nachmittages gibt es leider fast keinen Schatten! Die Vorhandenen Konstruktion ist bei dann nicht mehr ausreichend.
Vor dem benutzten des Pools / Whirlpool ist muss man sich abduschen (die Wasserqualität nimmt relativ schnell ab), eine Dusche ist aber nicht vorhanden.
