Relaxation and comfort: Minerva 406 is the perfect nest for a couple’s holiday, with friends or for a business trip in the beautiful Lugano, located 5 minutes from the lakefront, 3 minutes from the Lac (Museum of Modern Art) and 10 minutes walk to the historic center! Furnished with taste and simplicity, the bright colors and geometric textures make this one-bedroom apartment original and lively.
The open space kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. In the living room, the TV area is cozy and welcoming; the sofa becomes a bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The double bedroom is bright and offers a large closet for your wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with a modern shower.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment does not have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 direction "Lugano, Centro" (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minute to get to the building.
