Plenty of space just in a secure area up the hill from downtown Lugano.
A couple issues:
- Didn’t have hot water two days. Technician responded and fixed it same day we brought it up. Could not figure out the thermostat and don’t see the instruction book supposedly provided.
- Garage is tiny and scraped the side of a compact rental even with my spouse guiding me. Mentioned to agency who said I could park elsewhere to include a paid spot. Found a free parking area instead.
- TV: there was a Acer computer monitor, VCR, and other equipment. Didn’t even bother or care about it.
Wi-Fi: fast and reliable.
Laundry: Ad said: Laundry facilities. There was a 5 kilo washer and two half broken drying racks. Agency didn’t respond to my query.
Hair dryer: broken and not functional. Agency do not address my message.
Kitchen: all frying pans were cheap and very scratched. No idea what they were made of, but probably not very healthy.
Decent overall, but ad could be more accurate.

Grand et lumineux appartement, à 12 minutes à pied de la gare. Confortable, malgré un manque de certains produits de première nécessité (savon, gel douche, poubelle dans la salle de bains). Quartier calme mais un peu excentré. 2 belles salles de bains.

Très bien située .par contre pas assez de coussins pour dormir Comme il faut pour 7 personnes. Et on nous a pas laisser entrer pour metre les valises car l’appart devais être nettoyer et j’ai du moi enlever une partie des toiles d’araignée Du plafond mais encore beaucoup . Chauffages salon et chambre pas fonctionner Et on a eu froid il faut encore une ou deux couvertures . Un beau appart mais pas mal de choses à ameilleurez pour que se soit Nikel
