Highly affordable and still well connected to London due to proximity to the station
Large separated rooms, including a seperate kitchen and a seperate living room. Kitchen is quite well stocked, came with a wide range and of appliances, cutlery and dishes which is appreciated
Seperate washer but also a dryer as well
Also a good Chinese takeaway shop located next door
Stairs (stairs up to the apartment are quite narrow, makes it difficult to take large luggage up, also be aware that Redbridge station has stairs only as well)
Washer seemed to leak water when in use (there is a mop so you can clean it up but may be an issue there)
Double beds are probably on the smaller for 2 adults to share
Single physical key (again typical for apartment)

The close to the underground train
There was only one bathroom for 7. One of the rooms there is no space. The should el eliminate the closet
