Stayed there a few times now. Always been a good stay. Staff are friendly, apartments are always clean. Location is perfect for us with our kids. Parking round the corner too.
Lifts are sometimes slow but that’s jsut being really picky.

Location is near to all shops, restaurants and its in center. Near to bus stations. Reception and all staff are so kind and welcoming. As women staying alone in london and this apartment, I feel really safe. So clean and has everything to feel yourself comfortable like your home.

The location was good as was just round the corner from Ilford high street and station. .
However the double lines put front made it hard for getting in and out of ubers, as they had to park across the street which was hard when crossing a busy road with young children/bags.
There also could have been some teabags or coffee sachets on offer to help self too.

Not far from the tube station. Lots of shops on the highstreet. It’s has a TV that actually works and is conveniently located. There is an elevator which saves you walking up stairs.
There was not good ventilation so the bathroom had a weird smell. Water pressure in shower not good. Double sofa bed was a bit small. Hard to communicate with lady in check in desk.
