door bell broken...keyless lock out of battery...TV remote control also out of batteries..insufficient detergents..

Hose was very clean and comfortable with great AC
Kitchen lacked some essentials ( a larger fry pan, pot holders, etc)
Backyard needed table and chairs to sit and enjoy the weather
Bbq would be nice too

The location is great. Near airport, freeway and in safe neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Willow Glen. Clean, modern and spacious home. Easy to communicate with property manager.
Nothing we didn’t like. Some of the blinds in bedrooms didn’t come down all the way. Home could be better stocked. Our suggestions…more towels, change of sheets, additional blankets. More toilet paper and paper towels. Coffee was furnished, but no filters for machine. Washer/dryer on site but no detergent/pods. Patio out back, but no table and/or chairs to enjoy. Little things that make guests feel really taken care of.
