There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the property with an automatic gate.

Living space:
You will have access to the entire main house. The lower floor has 3 rooms and three restrooms. The upper floor has a master bedroom and 1 bathroom. Each room has a Queen sized bed.
There's a small in-law house in the back with it's own entrance that has its own tenant. The washer and dryer is in a lockable room and is shared with the separate unit in the back.
Security:
For your secuirty, there are 2 Ring Flood Light Motion Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the building.
Camera 1 is on the left side of the house facing the patio furniture.
Camera 2 is on the right side of the house facing the driveway on the right-side of the house.
Ring Doorbell at the front door.
All cameras are OUTSIDE the house, there are no cameras in use inside the house. None of the cameras face inside the house. They only record when there is motion detected outside of the house. Footage is automatically erased and is not saved.

After a technical glitch with getting the check in details, we enjoyed our stay here. It was a central location to the places and people we were there to see. A short drive to grocery stores and other shopping. The gate in front of the property helped us feel safe and secure. Hosts are very responsive to renters and helped us have a great trip. Three of the bedrooms on the main floor and one suite upstairs gave us ample room to spread out.

This was the perfect place for us to rent for what we went to San Jose for. Quick car ride to all 3 of the event. 3 minute walk away there is a safeway, mcdonalds and walgreens. If we come back to San Jose, we will be staying at this place again.Owner was geeat to deal with and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Our thought is that the owner of this property is new to VRBO. The home is beautifully remodeled, easy to check in and has a lot of potential to be a wonderful rental. The beds were comfortable but they are full-size, NOT queens. The water heater is tankless (great for efficiency) but you could not take a shower if someone else was showering or the dishwasher was running. There is a rental house behind this property that was rented to other people, so you could not coordinate when to take showers. There are nice paver patios, but the property was full of weeds and trash. We chose a VRBO because we expected to cook instead of going out to restaurants, but the kitchen was not stocked with even basic things like a can opener, oven mitts, spatula, glasses, coffee cups or dinner plates. The owner did bring over some plates, cups and glasses along with a wine opener and even gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had to purchase our own cooking utensils, potholders, can opener, etc. The gated parking is wonderful because there is little to no street parking. Just needs some attention to details, and it could be wonderful!
