About this apartment rental
This beautiful 150-year-old Historic Victorian called The Hatfield House is located downtown Nevada City 1/2 block away from restaurants, bars, theatre, shopping & all the activities Nevada City has to offer. It is attached to my Day Spa, Salon & Boutique called Body Essence which a 10% discount is available for spa services for those who book the suite. It is a private unit with a Jack & Jill bathroom between the rooms with a small kitchenette & a porch.
The unit has 1 queen bed & the extra room has a sleeper sofa which I add an extra foam mattress to for more comfort.
The rooms have a private entrance & share a bathroom.
I send out the door code & check-in information between 2:30-3 pm on the day of arrival when I know the rooms are cleaned & ready.
Guests have access to the backyard & front yard. There is only street parking available and generally a spot next to the unit.

Darby is a great hostess, we liked her studio very much. It is not large, but good enough for the family of 3-4 members. The studio is so sweet, very clean, it has everything we needed, electric kettle (our family loves tea), great shower (after a day of skiing) and etc. Darby really thought about all small things for the nice and comfortable stay.The place right in the downtown of Nevada City, beautiful forest surrounds the town (we saw many people with the bikes), ski resorts 45-50 min of driving (Sugar Bowl, Boreal), lots of scenic spots (great pictures guarantee), Yuba River in summer (planning to come), we loved Grass Valley town nearby.Darby, thank you for your hospitality!
