About this house rental

Stunningly remodeled Victorian w all the delights of Nevada City in a short walking distance. Coffee, wine, restaurants, bars, live music and shopping. Park once and walk everywhere downtown. Seasonal events. Skiing 1 hour away in the winter and the Yuba River 10 minutes away in the summer. Delightful getaway for a family, a romantic couple, a retreat for a single person (house is large but cozy), or a group of women (lots of privacy). Hang out by the gas fireplace inside or firepit outside. Home has all amenities in a charming, tiny, historic tourist destination between Sacramento and Tahoe.
