Handily located on Cullen St with beautiful views over the estuary to the ocean, this is a great base for your next holiday in Magical Mangawhai. 'Cedar Views' is a 10-15 minute walk to the estuary, 15-20 minutes to the shops and only a short drive from everything Mangawhai has to offer.
This sunny, elevated home is well-appointed and with a fenced deck area you can relax knowing that the little ones or furry friends can't wander. Relax on the deck with something cold in your hand whilst enjoying the sun and views and crank up the BBQ for al fresco dining.
Inside there is a large open plan living/kitchen/dining area that make the most of the views out to sea and with 2 bathrooms upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs it caters well for larger family groups. For Entertainment, the garage is set up as a games room with a pool table and table tennis and in the lounge there is SMART TV that also has SKY Sports.
Note the bunks are in open plan area off the hallway upstairs with no door.
There is plenty of parking space for the vehicles and boat in front of the house and the boat ramp is only a 5 minute drive away.
It is a perfect spot for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples to relax and make the most of everything Mangawhai has to offer.
Please note that there are earthworks being undertaken on a new subdivision further up the hill on the other side of the road in the first half of 2025.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.

Great view, convenient location.Awesome being pet friendly. We stayed during a storm and was evident the house needed some maintenance with window by kitchen unable to close, wind roaring in the Perspex windows / skylights in bedroom and around majority of other aluminum windows around the property. The games in the garage are a nice touch for wet days
