The location, the easy access to everything. The quick response of the owner. The place is right at the centre of everything. I chose this unit because of the review saying it is the best place for the view of Prizren. And it is indeed true!!
Perhaps only the entry of the building - make it a bit more welcoming.

Location is perfect. Right in the center, walking distance everywhere, shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance from bus station and very easy to find.
View is beautiful with the fort, mountains and the old town.
Fifth floor stay minimized noise from traffic and the street.
Sun shines straight on the balcony during daytime so it can get very hot. But inside the apartment it's not an issue since there's air conditioning.
Apart that minor issue, which is just weather related, I can't figure out anything to complain about.

Great view of the town from the balcony.
The apartment was adequate, the bathroom was a little small , and I didn’t like the set up in shower .

The building itself was a bit creepy, and not totally secure.
Apartment was a bit dated and furniture not quite like the pictures. For my expectations I think it could do with a bit of an update and some love.
Think price for what it was maybe a bit expensive.
