About this apartment rental
Apartment on the first floor without elevator of a typical old Menton town house, you can access it by the main street, on foot or by car.
You will have pedestrian access close to very close to shops (5mn), public transport (2mn), restaurants (2mn) and beaches (3mn).
The car is only necessary if you want to hike in the mountains. The proximity of the two stations and the buses puts you within easy reach of the day the cities of Monaco, Nice and Ventimiglia.
The train station is 15 minutes walk, even with a suitcase, and parking is easy if you agree to walk a little (10 minutes) otherwise there is a paid parking 5 minutes.
The apartment has been refurbished with traditional materials (lime), breathable and ecological, with all modern comfort and living accessories.
The apartment consists of a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The total area is 31m², very optimized.

My boyfriend and I were visiting France from the US and this was the perfect place for us to stay and Thomas, the host, was great to accommodate us! He showed us local spots as well as made time acceptions, and the rental was in a wonderful location and it was the perfect size! Highly recommend!

Fidèle à l'annonce, l'appartement est très bien situé, propre, fonctionnel et charmant.
Mr Paumier est plus qu'accueillant, toujours là pour répondre aux questions et de très bon conseil, notamment pour les randonnées et visites ! Des gestes de bienvenus ont parfait notre arrivée en plus des indispensables mis à notre disposition.
Des conditions idéales pour profiter de Menton où tout est accessibles à pieds de l'appartement.
Merci encore à Mr Paumier pour ce séjour et pour le coup de main du retour.
Je recommande chaudement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement refait à neuf et avec goût dans cette belle et typique rue, de la vieille ville de Menton, au dessus de l’ancienne épicerie de chez Denise. A 2mn à pied, de la plage des Sablettes qui a été récemment joliment réaménagée. Appartement très bien équipé, tout à été bien pensé et optimisé. Propriétaire super sympa, sans complication. A 2mn de la rue piétonne, et du beau marché haut en couleur ! Rue dédiée exclusivement aux riverains pour dépose, donc très peu de nuisances sonores de voitures.
