The apartment was perfect. The layout was amazing. Very spacious, well stocked: linens, dishes, kitchenware.
Very spacious with a comfortable living room, bath and bedroom. For these reasons I would highly recommend staying at the apartment, The apartment was a great value for the cost of our stay. The balcony in a local neighborhood was a plus.
The check in was very difficult. I received a prompt response that the apartment was available an hour earlier than 4:00.
When we were at the door we had to provide them with information. It would have been more convenient if the information was requested before we were at the door.
The key box was impossible to open. The neighbor next store helped us to open it. I was told the doors were tricky to open. We had a very difficult time opening our door. When I called them back to ask for help no one picked up. The number they called me on WhatsApp was deleted by them. I found the contact to call on call on Booking.com and called them for assistance with the Wi Fi. They would not pickup. Not acceptable customer service.
The location was so close to the oldest food market and the major historical sites. One should be aware that the street at night had no lights and as two women we were not comfortable walking a distance to restaurants at night. I travel the world as a single person yet I was still not comfortable walking the unlit streets at night,

Appartamento bellissimo, nuovo e pulito, panorama mozzafiato , posizione strategica. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato!
È stato tutto prefetto tranne forse il Wi-Fi che all’interno e all’esterno della struttura era un po’ debole
