The apartment was in a strategic position, close to the ferry’s and super close to the bus station to visit the island, right in the heart of the shopping center!!

La location è splendida. Appena esci dalla porta (non ci sono finestre) ti affacci in una stradina bianca con un muretto anch'esso bianco di calce e puoi ammirare tutta Ponza, lato porto. E senza fare troppa strada né scalini, ti ritrovi al centro della movida ponzese. Proprietaria gentile, ci ha messo subito a disposizione il ferro da stiro.
L'appartamento è striminzito. La "camera" da letto è al piano di sopra. Ma dopo una notte al caldo (l'aria fredda tende a scendere, più che salire) e dopo aver visto che al piano di sotto c'è un divano letto comodo, il piano di sopra non lo abbiamo più visitato. Quindi siamo stati tutto il tempo di sotto, con un tavolo pieghevole con una ruota rotta e davvero pesante da spostare. Va da sé che una volta aperto il divano, nella stanza non ci si muove. Un solo cambio di lenzuola (e asciugamani!) per 4 notti. Non abbiamo chiesto, ma per quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo più iniziativa. La doccia è troppo stretta anche per inchinarsi. Alla fine, il proprietario mi ha proposto una sistemazione a Le Forna, dove possiede appartamenti più grandi. E ha aggiunto "Non si può avere tutto...". Non ne sono così sicuro.
