A haven of peace located in Orgnac l'Aven, between the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cèze valley, caves to visit absolutely (Aven d'Orgnac and Chauvet cave), exceptional view of the village, private swimming pool (open from June to the end of September depending on the weather).
Furnished tourist accommodation classified 4 *, 100 m2 on one level with 100 m2 of terrace facing south and west (including 50 m2 of covered terrace) extended by the swimming pool of 3.5 * 9 m, 1 large living room of 54 m2 , modern and fully equipped open kitchen (American fridge, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave and dishwasher) with central island, 3 bedrooms: 2 of 12 m² with 140 * 190 beds and 1 of 14 m2 with 160 bed * 200 all with large closets, 1 large shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC, utility room with storage and washing machine.
Large parking lot.
House from 2012 in perfect condition, quietly located 3 km from the village where you will find a mini-market with fuel, a bakery, a hair salon, a post office, a cooperative cellar and a restaurant.
On site: hiking trails including the GR4, access to the Gorges de l'Ardèche possible by hiking.

Super séjour sous 1 magnifique soleil
La piscine a permi de bien nous rafraîchir après nos nombreuses sorties
Seul petit bémol la clim qui ne serait pas un muxe car certaines nuits il fait vraiment chaud sinon superbe maison ou il fait bon se reposer

Tres bon échange avec les proprietaires. Ce logement est spacieux, propre, et très bien équipé, même si la climatisation (ou des ventilateurs) aurait été fortement appréciés avec les fortes chaleurs.
Petit bémol concernant les guêpes très présentes.
Elles ne sont pas du tout agressives mais viennent s'abreuver dès que l'on ouvre la piscine. Il faut donc faire attention, surtout avec des enfants.
Malgré ces 2 remarques, nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme. Très bel endroit pour recharger les batteries.
C'est une location très bien située et équipée que nous recommandons chaudement.

La maison est grande, éclairée, propre et neuve.
Eventail large de petits matériels mis à disposition (lessive, cure dents, anti guêpes) et le gros électro ménager est neuf (frigo, machine à laver, table à repasser) .
Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire.
Point négatif cependant, de nombreuses guêpes à la piscine lors des baignades (bien qu'elles ne gênent lors des repas extérieurs)
