LE CARPE DIEM

Location was excellent, between the river and the Old Town. Apartment was spacious with good kitchen facilities. Lots to do in this area. Parking at the door.

The bedrooms got very hot. An electric fan in each bedroom would be helpful during the warm nights. Showers were in the bedrooms which was a bit different but okay.

Sehr sauberes, ruhiges und gut eingerichtetes Appartment mit 2 Zimmer & 2 Bäder. Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und es hat sogar eine Espresso Maschine mit Kapsel. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig.

Perfect location, turn left and you are at the banks of Loire + a bus stop, turn right, you are at the main dining road (including grocery shop!). Nice and quite neighbourhood. Fully equipped apartment, we weren't missing a single thing. There is a possibility to adjust the heating temperature, which we were grateful for. A shower in both bedrooms was a super plus and so was the washing machine. Great for travelling with colleagues, friends, partner or a family of 3-4. I would definitely come again.

The second bedroom was a trouble to heat, there is some drift from the old build-in wardrobe, but we managed to clog it and by keeping the door to living room open, my friend could sleep more comfortably.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Thoughtful touches throughout. Close to grocery and restaurants. Host was very nice and helpful.

Lots of homeless and street folk in the area. Noises late at night. Says two bathrooms but only one toilet. For three older women these were challenges. Washer/dryer combo were difficult to work. But that may be our lack of understanding
