Servizio lenzuola e asciugamani a pagamento (terribile), abbandono della struttura alle 9:30 (impensabile), tentativo di far pagare in contanti per avere sconto (medioevale), deposito bagagli non possibile dalle 13:00 alle 16:00 perché struttura chiusa (con dei turni si può fare tutto).
