Die Lage war etwas abseits vom Ufertrubel, aber zu Fuß war man dennoch sehr schnell am Wasser und dem Fähranleger, um unkompliziert nach Varenna und Bellagio zu gelangen. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus und die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder auf der Terrasse waren für uns ideal. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt ganz in der Nähe versorgt mit dem nötigsten.
Im Oktober war die Wohnung sehr angenehm, bei Bedarf sprangen am Abend auch die Heizkörper zuverlässig an.
Im Sommer könnte es in den OG-Schlafräumen recht heiß werden…da würde ich die zweite Tulipani-Wohnung im unteren Hausbereich bevorzugen.

Mooi gelegen, compleet ingericht met alle voorzieningen. Bijzonder aardige gastheer die ons alles vertelde over de omgeving en de lekkerste restaurantjes.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.
