About this house rental
Our house is a beautiful millstone from 1930 recently renovated for your comfort (insulation, tapestries, parquet floors). It is ideally located for exploring the region, even without a car, as we are 300m from a major bus and train station. You are thus located 1km from the Forest of Fontainebleau, 15 minutes from the Château de Fontainebleau, that of Vaux le Vicomte, 30 minutes from Paris Center and its many attractions, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris and the Palace of Versailles. Located in the city center, you have all the shops nearby. Our equipped kitchen, our 4 bedrooms, our double living room are complemented by a bathroom, a shower room and two separate WCs, finally a pleasant reading room completes your comfort. We accept doggies who will enjoy with their family many walks in the forest. You will be able to park your vehicle in our property thanks to an electric gate and a double of the beeper which will be entrusted to you for your comings and goings. Residing on the same property, we make a discreet presence to welcome you and inform you at any time according to your needs.

Ce séjour chez Françoise et Ludwig fût enrichissant à tous les niveaux.
Ils nous ont réservé 1 accueil très chaleureux et ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins. On a fini par se sentir de la famille !!
Nous avons séjourné avec 2 bébés et la maison est propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes vite sentis "chez nous".
Géographiquement, la maison est très bien située (commerces, train direct pour Paris, nature...), ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement

De ruime woning ligt dicht bij een treinstation met een directe verbinding met Parijs (35 minuten). Het is twintig minuten lopen maar Melun, een aardig stadje met veel horeca en winkels. De voorzieningen in Dammarie-lès-Lys zijn minder goed.
De ruime woning is ietwat merkwaardig ingedeeld. De slaapkamers zijn in orde, behalve de slaapkamer beneden: dit is geen afgesloten ruimte en het bed is te klein voor een volwassene. De keuken en de grote badkamer zijn gedateerd. Er zijn twee afzonderlijke toiletten. Huishoudelijke apparaten werken naar behoren. Inrichting en meubilair van de patio zijn teleurstellend.
