The owner was SO friendly, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for us; quiet, walking distance to a few restaurants and a market, and with a beautiful view. The sleeping arrangements worked great for our family of 4. I loved the pretty dishes and the flowers on the balcony. I enjoyed drinking my coffee there and taking in the view. The attention to detail and the love and care put into this chalet make it so obvious that the people who are running it also own it. We will absolutely come back at some point!
Personally I prefer a little bit more firm of a bed.

Chalet Bull Zermatt fit our family of 5 very comfortably. The location is a decent distance from the train station, but taxis were readily available and the incredible view is worth the ride! The decor is absolutely charming. Beautiful hikes are accessible just outside of the Chalet.
Everything was wonderful. If we were staying for a longer time, access to laundry would have been helpful, but as we sadly only stayed for two nights it wasn’t needed.
