This cottage, with a surface area of 192m², has a capacity for 10 people. It is attached to another cottage for 8 people (both cottages can be rented together for a total capacity of 18 people) but is nevertheless independent and has its own terrace.
It is awarded 3 stars and is fully accessible to physically disabled individuals.
Ground floor: cathedral living room with wood stove, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bathroom-toilet, 1 bathroom-toilet.
First floor: game room, home cinema, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds), bathroom-toilet.
The cottage is also suitable for hosting young children: baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, changing mat, safety gate for the stairs...
This characterful house combining tradition, brightness, and great comfort, both in summer and winter, will charm enthusiasts of authenticity. Classified as 'Gîtes de caractère' by Gîtes de France. This label highlights the quality of architecture, the care taken in interior decoration, and the successful integration into the environment.
We have also created a summer lounge, shared between the 2 cottages, which is intended to be a space for socializing and leisure. You can have a meal there, play ping-pong or foosball, or simply relax.
The cottage is surrounded by a large enclosed plot of 6000m² planted with fruit trees and dominated by a century-old lime tree. It's a paradise for children with the pirate ship and the observation fort.
Ideally located, 1h30 from Paris and 20 minutes from Rouen, 'La maison de campagne' will allow you to discover within a radius of 50 km, varied landscapes: numerous forests, charming valleys with small streams or green plateaus, imposing silhouettes of Norman abbeys or lush gardens, castles with intricate stonework...
Many activities, for young and old alike, whether they are sports, cultural, gastronomic, or simply relaxing, will fill your days.
Optional: bed linen rental (€10/bed), towel rental (€4/person), cleaning (€90), and wood for the stove (€10/wheelbarrow).
A tourist tax applies to all rentals. It is €0.50/day/adult. Geothermal heating included for the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi.

La maison spacieuse et le grand jardin correspondaient parfaitement aux attentes de notre groupe d'amis. Nous étions confortablement installés et profitions du magnifique jardin grâce à une météo ensoleillée. L'accueil était parfait et Nathalie très attentive à nos besoins. Merci!
