Emplacement parfait.
Très calme.
Hébergements idéal pour le temps d’un week-end.
3 chambres et salles d’eau.
Manque de clarté.
Escalier raide et sortie des toilettes un peu dangereuse. Surtout la nuit.

The location is absolutely gorgeous, the sofa and the living room were really confortable as well the ornaments Potentially a gem but… see the cons..
The house was dirty and dusty, especially the WC and the kitchen (breadcrumbs everywhere, old and damaged pots and pans, a broken glass stovetop, liquids abandoned in the fridge, bad conditions of the coffee machine), dust on the ornaments and especially in one room upstairs. It also strongly smelled of cigarettes. It was nice to have the coffee machine and dishwasher. But for the price paid it would have been normal to have dishwasher tabs, shower soaps and some coffee capsules… I informed the property about the condition we found

Tolle Lage
Die Innenstadt von Arles kann man NICHT mit dem PKW anfahren (Poller !), außer man hat ein entsprechendes Ticket vom Hotel. Das hat uns der Vermieter nicht gesagt, auch nach der Buchung nicht, so dass wir die Koffer vom Parkhaus außerhalb in die Wohnung schleppen mussten. Ärgerlich! Das Ticket gabs dann erst tags drauf nach unserer Reklamation.
Halsbrecherische Treppen ! Ein Stuhl ist beim drauf sitzen zusammengebrochen!
