Independent village house with a large courtyard, a small private pool to cool off, a summer kitchen with BBQ, located 100 meters from Place des Gitans and 200 meters from the beach.
On the ground floor: a large living room-kitchen open to the courtyard. A bedroom with 1 double bed of 160, a bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs: a TV corner, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a desk, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 and a desk, terrace access, a bathroom and toilets.
Full house equipment: fan oven - induction hob - extractor hood - microwave oven - toaster - fridge - freezer - ice maker - Nespresso coffee machine - Filter coffee machine - vacuum cleaner - iron and ironing board - micro -chain - cable TV - hair dryer - Mac computer - dishwasher - washing machine - cot (baby) - BBQ.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Household linen provided (except the cot).
In the courtyard, you will enjoy our small swimming pool in May (2.20 mx 2.20 m - depth 1.55 m, staircase access and tarpaulin with safety bar).
