The location and facilities are great, in the middle of Polanco. The attention at the front desk is very good, expecially by Omar who is always ready to help and in very good mood
I find that the price is somehow expensive

Great location, clean and friendly. Three of us had tourists while there and staff were understanding and helpful with extra towels and sheets as needed.
Laundry does not work well; washer needed to be hand stepped through cycles and drier has no knob and does not get very hot. But still, there is a washer and a drier and they are free, so that is a good thing.
