Bon point pour l'emplacement proche à pied des centres d'intérêts touristiques. Place de parking privée, quartier calme. Appartement assez grand, présence d'une penderie.

L'appartement est un peu viellissant et manque de luminosité naturelle (pas de possibilite d'ouvrir le velux, seule fenêtre sur l'extérieur). Une étagère supplémentaire à coté du lavabo serait pratique ainsi que refixer les charnières du siège des toilettes.
