About this house rental
Dear Guests, I am happy to welcome you to my home, an ideal place to live days of relaxation, but also to dive into the greenery and undertaking sports activities! Immersed in the evocative panorama of the Valnerina and the Nera River Park, you will be at a blink of an eye from wonders such as the Marmore Falls and pretty towns such as Narni, Todi, Amelia, Spoleto and numerous medieval villages that enrich the valley and make it a unique panorama! At home, Alexa is waiting for you. You are welcome :)
The apartment was obtained thanks to a wise and meticulous renovation of an ancient building, using materials, stones, bricks, timbers, from the same period (16th century). It is located in a splendid position, dominating Valnerina on one side and on the other the wonderful panorama overlooking the famous Marmore Falls. Once you get home you will immediately notice the courtyard that surrounds it, quiet and equipped with table and chairs to enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air, even in the company of your four-legged friends! Inside you will find countless comforts such as air conditioning, WiFi, television and washing machine well arranged in the house which consists of the following spaces: on the first floor there is the large and open kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking and a large fireplace.
Here, there are also the dining table at the relaxation corner, with the sofa bed for two people. Going up the stairs and reaching the second floor you will find the sleeping area, with the double bedroom and the bathroom, with shower box.

The Villa has everything you need, plus a beautiful view from the bedroom. The small villages near by such as Labro are exciting places to explore. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean.

This authentic villa is fabulous. Close to a cute vilvillage, Spoleto and Assisi. The falls are a must see, and check with the host for phenomenal nearby places to eat.

Corraro the owner took such pride in telling us all about the property and well he should have/ the restoration that was completed was so tasteful and pleasing to the eye, as well as comfort- the only thing missing was a coffee table to rest your coffee and a toaster! The house was nicely equipped with paper towels, coffee, and basic spices, which was wonderful to have-views were crazy beautiful-
We had a great time with daily trips and lunches out during the day-
