About this villa rental
Villa in typical Tuscan style, between castelfiorentino and Empoli allows you to immerse yourself in a landscape rich in history, art and hills! The large terrace overlooking the pool offers relaxing moments with sunset views. The villa is very comfortable, inside there is an open space with fireplace, kitchen and dining area. In the garden there is a brick barbecue, parking, WI-FI. It is suitable for families, couples or groups of friends.
The nearest airports are Pisa 60 km. and Florence 45 km
The space
The villa is on two floors.
Quick important description:
The entrance brings you in an open space with two sofas, TV, fireplace and kitchen. On your right, you have the corridor where you can find on the left the toilette and a bedroom (2 single beds) - and on the right a double bedroom and the stairs.
Walking down the stairs you can find in front you a toilette and on the left a large double bedroom, where you can find the entrance door of the other bedroom (2 single beds): meaning that the single bedroom has no exit into the main corridor.
In addition, every bedroom have glassed doors that enable you to access the garden and enjoy.
The Swimming pool in entirely private, so it is not shared with other guests. The pool depths: 1.30m to 1.70m.
At the back of the garden there is an in-built barbecue for your unforgettable cooking time!
You can park outside the gate and inside the garden (up to 4 cars).
Guest access
The entire villa with its garden and swimming pool are available to guests. The Swimming Pool is entirely private and it is not shared with other guests other than you/your family.
Guests can enjoy all things within the structure such as kitchen utensils, fireplace, and barbecue.
There are two exits on the terrace furnished with table where you can have breakfast with the colors of dawn and dine with the red sunsets.
Downstairs, there is also a large covered space to use as you prefer, useful especially on rainy days.
The swimming pool is always open and accessible during the opening season.
