About this cottage rental
2 bedroom 'Valley View' cottage is set within the well-manicured private grounds at Crylla Valley Cottages which includes 18 acres of lawns, flower gardens and woodlands.
This two storey, natural stone fronted holiday cottage is extremely spacious and comes with co-ordinated carpets, furnishings and fabrics, creating a real ‘home from home’ feel.
A Flat screen Television with Freeview and DVD player is provided along with a washer dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A main bathroom is situated adjacent to the bedrooms on the first floor, with a second WC available in the ground floor cloak room.
The property is very versatile offering suitable accommodation for families, couples or friends. A travel cot (for a child up to 2 years of age) can be provided in the master bedroom and a high chair can also be requested (£5 hire charge for your stay for each item).
Offering private patio garden, patio furniture and Gas BBQs (during the summer months).
Allocated parking for one car.
Pets allowed means 1 or 2 small to medium sized dogs will be considered on a guest by guest basis, a charge of £5 per night per dog applies.

This was a really good find. The property was as described and nicely appointed. Everything you needed for a home away from home. The absolute seller for us was the access the China Fleet Country Club, a fantastic addition! We also loved the walk around the forest area at the back of the property, an earlier morning dog walk right on the doorstep.

Lovely clean well equipped cottage . Cannot fault it. The walking route for the dogs was a little disappointing simply because it was a long hard steep climb so required a lot of effort.
The facilities at the China Country Club were also excellent but it was a long drive - you couldn't just pop over to it you had to plan it into your day.
We enjoyed our holiday because we love going to the beach at Whitsand Bay and it is very accessible from the cottage.

We were most impressed with the property and its lovely location. The cottage was modern, spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable and a lot of thought had been put in to ensure it was properly equipped with all the essentials. We would certainly stay there again.
