Beautiful beaches beckon and tiny fishing villages await discovery whilst staying at this detached holiday cottage.. Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player, French Doors Leading To Courtyard
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Separate Toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, (Jack And Jill En-Suite, Shared With Bedroom 1). Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Small courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are external stairs from the double bedroom to the courtyard but the property also has internal stairs to the first floor. Couples and family bookings only.. This detached cottage lies in the hamlet of Tregrehan, set on a quiet lane just minutes from the beautiful south Cornwall coast. The nearest beaches are Crinnis beach at Carlyon Bay, which you can easily walk to, and Porthpean which is backed by stunning cliffs. The south-facing beaches, cliff walks and tiny fishing villages make this a special place for a family holiday. Historic Charlestown with its bars, pubs, museum, restaurants and shops is also minutes away, and is often used as a film and TV set due to its original quaint features. It is also home to traditional tall ships which are often moored at the quay. The beautiful seafaring town of Fowey is close by, as is the Eden Project. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust houses and gardens which are also worthy of a visit. Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Looe, Polperro and Newquay are all easily reached and offer a superb day out. Cycling, golf, sailing, kayaking and horse riding are available locally. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Lovely cottage and in an ideal location. Owners had left a few gifts which was a lovely gesture and welcomed. There’s a Tescos in walking distance up the road and 2 pubs. There is also a garden centre dead opposite which do a breakfast ( we didn’t try it as didn’t get the time). We always travel around Cornwall and have family living in Cornwall who we visit. We visited Charlestown, ( which is a few miles up the road) Bodmin, Newquay, Looe, Polperro, Liskeard, St Mawes, Gweek and many more. I chose this property as it was very reasonably priced and in a reasonably good location for us although somehow I had booked the wrong dates. The owner kindly agreed to change the dates as the change over is a Friday but I had somehow booked a Monday. 🤷â€â™€ï¸ I was thankful that they agreed to change the date as I would have lost the money if cancelled but had to pay an extra £200 which didn’t make it cheap anymore-there was another property that I would have booked had I known, that was cheaper and in a slightly better location for us.

Invergarry was compact but big enough for the 2 of us. It was clean and well-equipped and good that we could log in to the NHS app on arrival. There is not much outside space, but as the weather wasn't that good and we went out most days we enjoyed the wider Cornish countryside.

A lovely clean, comfortable and well appointed cottage. Lots of attractions in the area and good places to eat. We found plenty of places to visit for the whole of our stay even though we were not lucky with the weather. Would like to visit again at a different time of the year.
