A social hostel (of course this depends with which roommates you are staying) with lots of young people.
The hostel provides lockers that can be used both before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. There's a shower room which is accessible for everyone (even useable after check-out), located on the main floor — useful if your dorm bathroom is occupied and you have to check-out.
Each dorm has lockers for each bed, but it requires your own padlock.
Possibility for a late check-out (at 1 p.m.) is also available for 15€.
The location is another strong point. The hostel is close to the main railway station, and within a 10–15 minute walk, you can reach the harbor, where you can enjoy dinner at a nice view or walk around a bit, etc.
Towels are available for purchase, either a microfiber towel for around €4 (which was sufficient for me) or a larger one for about €9.
The breakfast buffet was quite limited and did not offer a wide variety of options.
Hostel is a bit too expensive in my opinion because for a slightly higher price you could get more value at a hotel, like better breakfast, own room etc. But if you prefer sociability and with a bit of luck connect with other young people, this is a good choice.

Most of the staff was very helpful and kind! I had a few occasions where I felt one of the staff did not really feel they wanted to be there, but I cannot judge!
The bed was very good, but the provided pillow was very thin. I would recommend anyone staying any prolonged time (more than 2 days) to request an additional pillow.
Most tenants walked into the room and the bathroom with their shoes, leaving dirt everywhere. I wish there was a policy that enforced tenants to leave their shoes by the entrance of the room. a small mat and a notice to tenants would go a long way I think!
