For our customers we have available a covered private parking near the train station, just 5 minutes walk from the apartments.
Our apartments are located in the heart of the historic center of La Spezia, in the pedestrian area, in a prestigious building located in via Del Prione. They enjoy a very strategic position, in fact in a few minutes on foot you can reach: the railway station, the bus stops for Portovenere and Lerici, the Mirabello tourist port and the mooring of the boats for the Cinque Terre, for Portovenere, for Lerici and Portofino.
The prestigious apartments overlook the central and elegant Via Del Prione, a shopping lounge and on the corner with the renowned Market Square, where you can find fresh fruit and vegetables, daily fish, meat, clothing and more every day.
A few steps away you can visit important museums such as: Amedeo Lia Museum, Seal Museum, Naval Museum and the Center for Modern and Contemporary Art (CAMeC).
By boat you can reach the Cinque Terre in 30 minutes passing through Portovenere, while from the railway station you can reach the Cinque Terre in 10 minutes, using the frequent regional trains, purchasing the Cinque Terre Card directly at the station, at the offices of the National Park.
The Card can be purchased for 1, 2 or 3 days and can be used for regional trains between La Spezia and Levanto, for the ecological shuttle buses that you will find in every village of the Cinque Terre, as well as for access to the SVA Blue Path (ex n. 2) between Riomaggiore and Monterosso.
