We called the host on the day of arrival. We received all instructions on the phone call. We had to climb stairs from one floor to another to get to the apartment. Other than that the stay was good.

Every single thing was in the property and everything was spotless
Only thing we didn’t like, but nothing to do with the property was the fact that the lift for the even floors has been out of service for the past 3 years.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. Lovely clean spacious apartment and comfortable beds. On site parking. Host very accommodating. Nice and quiet for sleeping also. Would return to this accommodation when visiting our son again.
Blackout blinds in bedrooms would be a bonus and hot tap in washhand basin in bathroom not working.

lift was broke as we were on 8th floor, walkways dirty, outside building looked run down. had to carry luggage up 8 flights of stairs. key up street in lock box no one met us to show us in
