About this apartment rental
The apartment is large and completely independent: private, bright and surrounded by gardens. Recently completely restored and furnished in an elegant and comfortable way. It accommodates up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower, one of which with washing machine. The context is of great value (private courtyard), very quiet but close to the city entrance gates (Railway Station and Piazzale Roma) and to the most fun venues in Venice.

Idéal location near Campo San Margarita with added bonus of outdoor courtyard aspect to enjoy. Spacious ground floor apartment with stylish features and well appointed kitchen for our 4 day stay. Would thoroughly recommend - can sleep 4-5.

Loved the location (quiet and convenient area on a canal) and roominess of the apt! Wish there was A/C in the living area and smaller room, but it’s not too bad. Cleanliness was very good and we appreciated Paolo meeting us at the train station in the evening to take us to the apt (quick walk). Also appreciated the time he took to explain how appliances work (very different from what we have in the US). WiFi was very good and comfy beds. Tip for return to airport: Don’t use a porter if you are able bodied and can lift luggage over a couple of small bridges (we got scammed on cost and didn’t need him). Take a taxi back to the airport as it doesn’t cost much more than the bus and totally worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay here again. The place is beautiful and hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Location is particularly good also since it is tucked away from main touristy areas (so less packed and better food options), but still close enough that you can easily access them.
