T2 bis cosy climatisé, Intra Muros Avignon

Location!! Only 10 or so minutes from historic center. Clean apartment except very dirty staircases and the building outside the apartment;( Very reasonable considering outragious prices in Avignon.

First, insufficient necessities: we only got 3 small rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 weeks(. Also, no extra trash bags except the ones in the trash bins. So after throwing the trash once we had to use our own trash bags. Broken faucet in the kithchen that needs to be fixed before causing a major water leak. Main problem: the washing machine was vibrating horribly and moving, so we had to turn it off because it was about to damage the water faucet and the pipe. I wrote the message to the host about it but did not get the reply until the day before our departure (we stayed there for 2 weeks). She wrote that it is a new washing machine, but it was obviously not properly stabilized and therefore practically unusable. Finally: the screen protectors on all windows were either broken or missing, and when we opened windows to ventilate during a few hot days we got mosquitos inside, which was quite troublesome at night. When we managed to somehow close the screend on living room windows, the mosquitos still got in somehow. So we spent every night trying to catch them (which was not a part of our vacation plan)). So the aparment would get a much higher rating if these problems are adressed.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. . Späteres checkout war kein Problem.

Das WLAN funktionierte erst bei der dritten Nachfrage Sehr enges Stiegen Haus mit niedriger Brüstung! Kein Aufzug - 3.Stock!

Die Wohnung ist am Rand der Altstadt gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Sie war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Très bonne situation dans la ville. Très calme. Bonne literie.

Télévision HS. Fuite de l'évier de la cuisine signalée mais pas réparée. Fuite du flexible de la douche. Couverts lacunaire (1 seule petite cuiller). Vaisselle pas propre. Canapé et coussins des chaises tachés.
