Perfect hostel — clean, great people, and amazing views. I loved starting my mornings with a cup of coffee and breakfast in the garden, soaking in the incredible scenery.
Location — it’s quite far from Chamonix city center (around a 20–25 minute walk) and there’s no convenient bus connection.

clean kitchen and free train pass around the valley. quite nice staffs and clean place to stay.
a bit far from long-distance bus stop and no electrical outlets near my bed to charge my electronic devices.

Very clean except for when the unisex toilet had a spill and I stepped into it bare foot in the middle of the night. Hostel was warm throughout and showers were strong and hot. People were quiet at night (no parties).
Far from town centre and intercity bus stop. For some reason there was no key provided for my dorm room and the door was kept unlocked the whole time. With the entrance to the building always unlocked, and the entrance to the dorm hall open most of the time (there is a lock but people always leave the door open), I felt a bit insecure staying in a freely accessible room.
