Great accommodation, centrally located. Rooms are a bit dated and very warm by we left the balcony doors open for fresh air. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. And we were very disappointed. A three-star hotel... but it felt like a hotel without stars. The service was so-so. A married couple arrived. We booked a room with a double bed. We ended up with two single beds... on wheels... Then they promised to change them the next day... and they didn't... I had to go back to them and ask what the problem was... They just made a thin mattress-like thing on top of the beds and that's it. Oh well. The next issue is with the pool and sauna. Mold!!! The service is terrible... it's wet... they don't give you slippers... there are only occasional towels... because people take 3-4 and scatter them around... but no one keeps an eye on it... There is no soundproofing... You can hear people talking through the wall through the subwoofer at night, a child is crying on the other side and a dog is barking from upstairs 😂😂 There was almost no internet in the room... They changed the fee every 2 or 3 days... There is a door in the room for entering another room 😂😂😂 You have to make sure that your door is closed 💪🏼 There's no kettle, it's hard to drink tea after the cold street... You go to the restaurant... the tables are empty... You say there are two of you and want tea and dessert, like you won't be sitting for long... They say no, you didn't make a reservation... there are no seats... In the end, you persuade them to get your own hot water from the coffee machine and go to their bar-like space... They offer you their tea bag and you take one, they give you hot water in a small teapot and you pay 8€ 😂😂😂😂 In short, they really disappointed us... For the money they charge, they could do a better job and clean up the rooms...
