About this house rental
Our holiday homes are located in the holiday village, approx. 1 km from Oberhundem / Rothaarsteig. All houses are only about 50 meters apart, houses 10 and 11 are right next to each other on an approx. 1,000 sqm plot with a large garden. Also ideal for groups, several families or a slightly different conference location in a quiet environment. Simply book several houses and spend a nice time with us in the holiday village. We offer space for max. 19 adults and 3 children up to 6 years.
Our house Silva No. 11 welcomes you on the ground floor with a small entrance area and cloakroom. It continues in the combined kitchen / dining and living area with a wonderful panoramic view of the neighboring forests. The living area is comfortably furnished with a cozy seating area, dining area, satellite TV, DVD player, radio, IPod station and pelet stove. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee pad machine, toaster, egg cooker etc. Please bring towels and bed linen. We are happy to make your beds for EUR 11.80 per bed before arrival. You can also buy a towel package for EUR 6 p. P. pre-order. A baby bed can be pre-ordered (EUR 11.80) and a high chair is available. Our house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed here (your dog is welcome in holiday home Silva No. 16 and 10)
