Instructions via e-mail were clear
e-mail with check-in instructions could be sent a bit earlier. Mine was sent to me apparently 10 mins before our (late) arrival. I didn't see it immediately so had to call the host thinking they will guide me via phone. This could have been avoided by sending this information earlier.

Nice and comfortable chalet, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and beds good.
Never provide sheets that contain stains that don't come out after being washed, it doesn't come over as hygienic.

Häuser und Grundstück werden regelmäßig gewartet. Bei Problemen kümmert sich sofort jemand um eine Lösung.
Außenmöbel total dreckig und sandiger Boden in der Wohnung. Küchen-Utensilien Ausstattung sehr dürftig.
