Behind the white rail fence which outlines the property, a small cottage sits on the east side of the estate and sleeps 2-4. The cottage has a new roof, new windows, and a new air conditioner. A newly carpeted cottage with double bed (with new Serta Comfort Mattress) sleeps 1-2, one new Lazy-Boy fold out double sofa bed sleeps 1-2, new fully equipped oak kitchenette with new tile provides for preparing meals , one bath with shower contains necessities, and a newly carpeted utility room with washer and dryer are available for renters use. Disinfectants Lysol and Clorox products are used for cleaning all kitchenware, bathroom, and laundry items. A wooden deck is available for renter’s use. All silverware, glassware, dishes, serving utensils, cooking utensils, coffee-maker, microwave, refrigerator, small stove and oven, are available.
