About this house rental
Perfect location! Close to campuses, shopping, downtown and Michigan state line. Less than two blocks from Notre Dame Toll Road exit; providing super easy access for out-of-town travel. 3 minute drive to Notre Dame. Restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, and a bar are within walking distance. House is family friendly with fenced in back yard. Wifi.
Driveway parking and contactless entry.
Outdoors, enjoy your morning coffee or dinner cooked on the charcoal grill. Firepit makes for a perfect evening. Fenced in backyard is lined with pine shrubs, trees, and flowers.
Inside, kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, crockpot, etc. Bathroom is stocked with toiletries and towels.
Local TV, Roku, and streaming services available in living room. Roku and streaming services available in bedrooms. Streaming TV is set up with a guest account for you to login to your own accounts during your stay; info deletes automatically the day of checkout.
2 bedrooms. Air mattress available.
One of the bedrooms has a custom built (by us!) clubhouse. This is a one-of-a kind! Perfect for kids, or the kid at heart. Mattress inside the clubhouse, and could double as a sleeping space. Below the clubhouse is the queen bed, with enough headroom so that adults can comfortably sit upright in bed. The other bedroom features a queen sized bed.
Challenge your family and friends to a game of pool, air hockey, or ping pong on our 3-in-1 gaming table in the partially finished basement.
A block from the house is a paved bike/walking trail that goes north into Michigan, or south into downtown South Bend. Park with playground equipment one block away.
All you need to do is bring your luggage.

We were so pleased with our stay at this house. It was immaculate and had everything necessary that you need when you are staying in a home. We met the hostess as we were leaving and she was so friendly and we conveyed to her how much we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it and plan to return for another visit.

The property was never a problem. Everything about the property was exactly as stated and the addition of being able to use a washer and dryer was such a plus. It was very easy to get to Notre dame, it was very convenient and very much appreciated. However the VRBO aappwas horrendous. It took us almost 15 minutes to get the app to work for us. The unfortunate part of our entire stay was the entry into the property because of the vrbo app. Families would definitely appreciate the bunk bed situation. It was the most adorable bunk bed. So if you have two children one would get a large queen and the other would get a private cabin. Certainly more than enough TV sets. The basement although partially finished was more than acceptable and comfortable.We arrived on a Monday and many of the restaurants were closed but t allens was not far was super delicious and the offerings were more than adequate for a family with many different taste. Miers was a very simple ride.A super plus was the location. Getting to ND was no hassle although certainly on a game day it would be a challenge. Getting to 80 90 very easy. Getting to groceries any other supplies not a challenge. The backyard was very welcoming and the ability to just sit outside and enjoy what for us was good weather was most appreciated.

It was wonderful! Very clean and proximate to all 3 campuses, just as advertised! Felt safe as a solo female traveler, would love to stay again next time I'm in town.

This is a lovely place with everything you could need. The rooms are nicely decorated, with lots of space. There is a well supplied kitchen. We liked the entry with just 2 steps to get in. We biked on the beautiful trail just down the street. We would stay here again.
