The house is located 50m from Dossen beach in Santec in a quiet dead end.
It is ideal for a couple. It includes a bedroom, a living room with a small open kitchen. The linen is provided.
The garden is closed and very sunny with two terraces, one at the front and the second at the back,

Dossen beach is renowned for board sports, surfing and sand yachting.
Very beautiful walks to do by the sea on the coastal path.
Pets are allowed (2 maximum).
Security Deposit - please note that a security deposit of 200 euros will be asked on arrival. It will given back to you, providing everything is Ok, on your departure.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful location . The excellent beach is a few yards away and the tides around the island are fascinating to watch. In the cottage the living room and kitchen are well appointed but the bathroom is somewhat small and the shower cubicle is tiny but adequate unless you tall or of large build. The garden is pretty and totally enclosed for dogs. Parking is satisfactory. We enjoyed the house and surrounding area and had a lovely time.

Small house (1 bedroom) but large enough for 2 persons. Big front and back garden, enclosed. We had a great time!

We fell in love with it as soon as we arrived. It was exactly how we expected it, comfortable, compact and very clean and beautifully equipped with all that we needed for our week's holiday. Would stay again? Yes, we would very much
