About this chalet rental
Welcome to our small wooden house located 200m from Dossen beach and 50m from the national forest of Santec! An ideal place for lovers of surfing, sand yachting or kitesurfing. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with large TV (127cm), an open fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, toaster, coffee maker electric mixer, electric mixer, electric mixer, dishes, dishes and kitchen utensils) and a bathroom (shower, sink, WC, washer-dryer, hairdryer). The rental also includes an internet connection with internet TV (freebox revolution subscription). You will find a bedroom (1 double bed) and a landing (2 single beds) upstairs. Our accommodation is located 10 minutes from Roscoff, 20 minutes from Morlaix, 40 minutes from Brest-Guipavas airport.
Since January 1, 2018, a tourist tax has been collected in the town of Santec for the whole year. For our accommodation, it corresponds to 0.70 € / person / night. This tax will be requested in addition to the amount of the reservation.
The following are exempt from the tourist tax: minors, holders of a seasonal employment contract employed in the community of communes, persons benefiting from emergency accommodation or temporary rehousing.
Since May 1, 2018, Abritel has started to collect and transfer the tourist tax for all reservations made from this date on in the municipality.

We enjoyed our stay in the little wooden cottage very much. Perfectly located to do several hikes in the area. In case of any issue Klervi always answered directly.
Recommended for a couple or family.

A côté de la forêt domaniale et à quelques mètres de la plage de Santec, la location nous a séduit. Dans le chalet : rien ne manque pour passer un bon séjour.
Pour les sportifs (course à pied, cyclisme, kitesurf, paddle, char à voile et autres sports nautiques) c'est le coin idéal !!
Pour les amoureux de la nature : Parfait !!
