Location is far from the center of Florence however the train station is approximately a 5 minute walk and it's an quick and easy ride into the city. The apartment has lots of space. Having private parking was important since it's a residential area and street parking can be very challenging to find in the evenings. You have to drive your car through a narrow gate to access the parking area behind the building but my American sized minivan fit through the gate (barely).
The home has the ability to accommodate like 6 people but the bathroom is quite small even for 2-3 people. The shower drain clogged significantly the first time used but surprisingly was fine other times. The home could really use a binder of instructions in addition to instructions the host provided on Booking.com messages. There's a laminated sheet of paper taped to the wall but more detailed instructions is needed for guests.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole: la struttura moderna, la disponibilità dell'host, la pulizia perfetta, i letti comodi e confortevoli, la buona posizione, con possibilità di parcheggio privato o in strada (anche se bisogna far attenzione a leggere bene le giornate e gli orari di pulizia delle strade, quando non è possibile parcheggiare lato marciapiede).
Il bagno è di dimensioni veramente piccole e si sente un po' di odore di ristagno.

abbiamo scelto all'ultimo questo alloggio e abbiamo apprezzato che il titolare si sia fidato di noi x il ritiro chiavi (stavamo ancora compilando la lista degli ospiti). ci ha sempre risposto e in tempi brevi ai ns messaggi. L'appartamento e la zona sono molto silenziosi e ho dormito bene. E' comodo per utilizzare il treno in quanto la stazione è a 5 min a piedi.
abbiamo scoperto solo dopo aver prenotato che c'era un supplemento per il ns cane che avevamo al seguito. Sul sito di booking avevamo solamente letto animali ammessi. La temperatura interna era un po' freddina (forse a Sesto non sono abituati a questi gg di freddo intenso)
